BIO
Sophie joined the NFF in May of 2024 as the Conservation Awards Operations Associate. As part of the Operations Team, Sophie promotes the development and implementation of efficient data systems and practices and provides support for the Conservation Awards teams. Prior to working with the NFF, Sophie has worked in data administration and interned with the NH CDFA on their Community Development Block Grant team.
Sophie received her B.A. in Economics and Sustainability from the University of New Hampshire, where she grew her passion for sustainability, environmental conservation, and the amazing work of nonprofits. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys playing folk guitar, trying out new creative hobbies, and exploring walking and hiking paths around the beautiful state of New Hampshire.
