Kay Hall joined the National Forest Foundation in May 2024 as the Conservation Awards Operations Manager. Prior to her role at the NFF, Kay developed a successful career in the insurance industry, specializing in project and program management. During her tenure with both carriers and software providers, she led numerous technology-driven initiatives.

A native to the northwestern woods of New Jersey, Kay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in Classical History from Montclair State University. She is currently based in Vermont. In her down time, Kay enjoys kayaking, hiking, and birdwatching from her back deck.
