BIO

Kaitlin joined the NFF in June of 2022 as the Southwest Regional Development Coordinator. In this role, she supports projects and programming in Arizona and New by raising funds for the NFF through strategic partnerships and actively engaging community members. Prior to joining the NFF, she worked in passenger rail policy and stakeholder engagement at the Colorado Department of Transportation and in development at the University of Denver.

Growing up in Colorado, Kaitlin found her love of nature by hiking in the Rocky Mountains and road tripping every summer with her family. Kaitlin has a B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of San Diego and her MLS in Environmental and Natural Resource Law and Policy from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Aside from work, she enjoys running, hiking, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her pup!
