BIO

Ivy joined NFF in 2023 as the Northern Sierra Program Manager, focusing on projects in Plumas and Lassen Counties in northeastern California. Ivy earned a B.S. in Forestry from the University of Montana, Missoula, and is a California Registered Professional Forester and licensed Pest Control Advisor.

Ivy has a diverse forestry background, and has been employed by State and Federal agencies, non-profit and private forestry organizations over her 25 years working in natural resource management.

Ivy lives in northeastern California, at the ecotone of the Great Basin Desert and Sierra Nevada range. In her free time, you can find her looking for new trails to hike in the forest or cruising desert roads looking for wild horses and antelope.
