BIO

Anna joined the NFF in 2024 as the Western Washington Program Coordinator. She works with community partners, Tribes, and the three National Forests in Western Washington (Mt. Baker – Snoqualmie, Olympic, and Gifford Pinchot) developing and implementing projects to restore fully functioning and climate resilient watersheds. She currently resides in Bellingham, WA.

Prior to joining the NFF, she worked doing watershed restoration in the headwaters of Colorado. Anna holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and a certificate and minor in Geographic Information Sciences (GIS) from Western Washington University. She grew up in southern Washington with the Gifford Pinchot National Forest and Mt. Adams in her backyard. Outside of work, Anna enjoys exploring the outdoors through biking, climbing, skiing, birding, and soaking up the sunshine with her partner Megan.
