Eldorado National Forest Invasive Plant Treatments, Eldorado National Forest, California

The Project plans to treat 29 priority invasive plant infestations totaling 95.6 acres across the Eldorado National Forest. The specific treatments will consist of foliar herbicide application utilizing a backpack sprayer or vehicle mounted sprayer. The project will also involve surveying and treating infestations along 16.8 miles of Forest Service roads where targeted species have been identified.

The Forest Service will host an optional site visit on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at 9:00 am. Please meet at the Placerville Ranger District (4260 Eight Mile Road Camino, CA 95709).
